  1. one thing is WRONG in this LESSON PLAN.
    It's written "Water is a universal solvent".
    that is totally wrong, coz water dissolves ONLY IONIC AND POLAR SUBSTANCES IN ITSELF, BUT NOT THE NON POLAR SUBSTANCE LIKE 'OIL, PETROL, ETC.
    SO WE CAN'T CALL WATER AS A 'UNIVERSAL SOLVENT', IT CAN BE SAID AS AN "EXCELLENT SOLVENT".
